1. Select a MirrorMaster

Click the down arrow next to the price and model below - a list of all our Mirrormasters will be displayed. Select the model you want by dragging the mouse over the list, then click the left mouse button to select it. Then left click the BUY NOW button. A popup shopping cart will be displayed, showing the Mirrormaster that you selected.

2. Select the Quantity

If you want to buy more than one of that size, just change the quantity in the cart. The price will update automatically.

3. Order Another Size

If you want to buy another size of MirrorMaster, select it from the list above and click the BUY NOW button. The contents of the cart will update automatically.

4. Choose a Delivery Option

Our prices include delivery to any UK address. If you want an alternative delivery option, select one of the options below.

If you are buying more than one MirrorMaster you must set the Delivery Option quantity to be the same as the total number of MirrorMasters in the cart.

5. Complete Your Purchase

Click the Checkout With PayPal button in the popup cart. You will be taken to the PayPal website where you can complete your purchase.

All sizes are in stock and available for next day delivery when ordered/paid for before 2pm.

If you prefer us to call and discuss how to place your order, simply drop us an email using the CONTACT US page and we will call you back as soon as we are open for business.
Sorry we cannot ship to third party addresses, unless we have a cleared payment (cash, cheques or BACS).

Express Shipping

The price above includes a 2-5 day delivery to any UK address. 
Orders that we process before 3pm may be shipped on a guaranteed next day Special Delivery "by 1pm or 9am next day or Saturday delivery" signed for service to the UK mainland - extra charges apply.
To select Next Business Day or Saturday guaranteed or European Airsure (including Southern Ireland) delivery service select the service from the list by dragging the mouse over the list and then click the left mouse button to select the service you require, then left click the BUY NOW button to the right.
Only buy one upgrade for delivery, regardless of the number of Mirromasters being ordered.

Once we start to process your order we will email you a tracking number. To track your mirror heater please enter the tracking number provided on the tracking service wevsite. Please do not arrange tradesman to install your mirror heater pad, until it arrives. We cannot be held responsible for delayed or lost items in the postal system. We can arrange a 9am guaranteed delivery, with consequential loss if required, however you will need to liaise with the post office in the event of a claim.

SELV Mirrormasters must NOT be connected directly to the mains supply as they required a mains to 12v transformer and most of our sales include this.

More than 10 Mirrormaster Orders

To order more than ten items please email us using the following steps.

  1. Email sales@mirrormaster.com or call 020 8844 2820 and notify us which products you require or let us know the size of your mirror.

    Minimum order quantity using this method is 10.

    Please include your shipping address and contact telephone number.
  2. During the business day we will contact you by email with the price and shipping costs.
  3. This email will include a link that will allow you to make direct credit card payment using VISA, Mastercard or a bank debit card to make payment.
  4. Simply click on the link to take you to the secure payment website and enter your credit card details AND address. We will then email you confirming your order has been shipped.
  5. Each MirrorMaster has detailed instructions on how it should be installed. Electrical installations should be undertaken by a competent person in compliance with the current regulations.

Purchase online using PayPal, via BACS (internet Banking) or send cheque by post. Goods are only dispatched upon receipt of cleared funds at our bank. Due to banking delays money may leave your account up to 3 days before we see it in ours.

To Convert to Inches

Divide the size in mm by 25.4 and this will give you the size in inches, remember there are 12 inches to a foot.

POSTAGE GUIDE

Mirrormasters are carefully packed into postal tubes and sent via a signed for delivery service.
 
Prices include VAT at the current rate, where applicable and First class UK shipping (including the Channel Islands). 

For USA and EU/Europe (Ireland) we use Airsure™ (3-5 day service) from Royal Mail, this typically adds a further  £5 for small Mirrormasters and £10-15 for larger items.

For other International shipments please call or email.

Any disruption to the couriers, post Office or Royal Mail may result in a delayed delivery.

Collections are possible, but please telephone to make arrangements.
