Our Fair Trading and Returns Policy

  1. All Sales are final. Please ensure you are ordering the correct parts for your mirror.
  2. We always send via a signed for service.
    In the unlikely event that the postal service lose your shipment, you are will need to liaise with your local postal sorting office using the tracking number we gave you.
  3. Do not book a tradesman to install your mirror heater until you actually received it. We can offer a consequential loss service (around £20 per shipment), but you must deal directly with the Royal Mail in the event of a claim.
  4. In the unlikely event of a mirror heater failure within 12 years please email us for details of our Returns Service. Note we haven't had a failure in the last 14 years!
  5. If the goods are found to be faulty through a manufacturing fault (rather than third party damage or misuse) we will replace the item and pay for the postage both from the customer and sending out the replacement item.
  6. EU DOMESTIC CONSUMERS ONLY
    RETURNING AN ITEM: CANCELLED ORDERS & GOODS NO LONGER REQUIRED (under Distance Selling Regulations)

    Where an item is to be returned for refund under the distance selling regulations you must inform us, in writing, within 7 days of the delivery date. The Mirrormaster must be returned to us within 7 days in EXACTLY the same condition it as it was sent. e.g. unused and in the original packing.
    The buyer is responsible for all the return transport costs.

    Where goods are returned outside of these terms, but within 28 days of delivery you receive a refund of 75% of the purchase price less the actual postage and packing costs (typically £4 to £7). 

    We recommend that the delivery is insured for the full value of the goods as in the event that the items are received in a damaged condition, no refund will be made and any warranty supplied by ourselves will become void. You should also ensure that you use an insured carrier to deliver the goods unless Ceetek Limited has agreed an alternative. The carrier must also obtain a signature for any deliveries as no claim can be made against us for missing items without specific proof to show we have received it. Once we have checked the Mirrormaster is in it's original condition a full refund will be made within 7 working days of receipt.

    Note returns under section 6 of these terms will not have any "Custom" shipping arrangement charges refunded, e.g. Consequential loss.
